The Vietta Hotel

We thought the hot water in the shower could've been hotter, but other than that our stay was wonderful. The room was beautiful and the ambiance lighting was great. We also loved the fact that the ice bucket was stainless as well as the scoop and tongs. This kept ice much longer than other hotels that use plastic buckets. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean and well maintained! Location was also a plus as it was central to many different restaurants and activities.

I cannot say enough about Vietta Hotel and look forward to returning for another stay! The energy of the staff is amazing, as if you are family. The clean rooms and design of the entire facility was very thought out with so many added touches that show the care that was put into this hotel. The door will not close without your room key----BRILLIANT! The chairs in the back to look at the beautiful scenery and pond area. The soothing music at the pool that is not too loud and not too low but enough to make you forget you are right on a main road in Orlando. The breakfast is simple yet satisfies different tastes in food as some healthier options are available (though I hear that was changing this week to a hot breakfast). The filtered water, nice! The decor...wowza! We had a wee little issue with our TV on a cold, windy night and the staff came right up to handle it. The remote went bad, certainly no fault of the hotel. Keep up the great work, keep your guests accountable and hopefully you continue to attract travelers who appreciate what you have done with this facility and care for it in the way it should be. Thanks for an awesome stay and for making us feel at home while we were away from home!

My fiancé and I stayed here a few weeks ago for my surprise proposal at Disney World. This place made our stay even more special with how attentive the staff was. I’ve never experienced hotel staff with so much kindness. The rooms look identical to the pictures, the location is PERFECT and the staff is phenomenal. We had one slight issue that was my fault and they made QUICK accommodations and solutions. If we ever come back to Disney we are definitely staying here. Thank you all so much for making us feel so welcomed and appreciated.

Let’s start with the good! The rooms / hotel is exactly what you see in the picture. Clean and modern. The beds and pillows are super comfy. Perfect water pressure and temperature range. Quiet and safe. Cameras everywhere! The property offers free activities( bike rental, kayak, fishing, movies by the pool and games). Customer service top notch. Location is great! Lots of shopping and dining in the area. Short drive to Disney. We would definitely be back! Now for the one bad inconvenience. We stayed for a total of two nights and each night in between the hours of 1am-2am the TV would turn on by itself!! Even after turning it off, it would turn right back on. Whats creepier is the screen would show movement, as if someone was scrolling through the apps on the TV. It took my husband having to unplug the TV for it to stop.

I travel to Orlando a few times a year and always stay at the same hotel, since it was sold out I decided to give the vietta hotel a chance. 10/10 hotel is nice,clean and updated. The room was absolutely spectacular, the front desk was also great. The property has a game room on the come floor that was so nice. Easy check in and check out also loved that you can just text from your room with any questions. Would recommend this hotel, I will be back!

Stayed a few days with my parents, we had business to do at Mecum Auctions. Whoever designed the look of the place knocked it out of fhe park.Everything looked brand new, great location, quality and finish, clean and very comfortable. All at a very convenient price, for what you got. Breakfast was included and that's always a plus. If all this hadn't made it a great place to stay for you, yet, then there's the staff. Everyone was amazing during our stay! We did not get everyone's name, but Kiddy (I hope I wrote it correctly), was particularly helpful and amazing in her customer interactions. Thank you! I strongly recommend this place for your next stay in Kissimmee!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The staff is super nice and accommodating. Zariah was so helpful with check in and made our stay one we want to make again. Rooms are very clean, pool was perfect. The rain shower head was a 10/10. The glow light furniture is super cool. The free breakfast included pancakes, make your own yogurt / acai bowl, juices, coffee, bagels, cereal, etc. Even the shampoo and conditioner they have is awesome. There's a nice outside area plus a dock in the back that is so peaceful in the morning. 1000/10 will stay again. Thank you!!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. From the location, to the affordability, amazing staff, rooms, the pool and of course the free breakfast. Staying at The Vietta was one of my best choices made this year. They went above and beyond to make sure this trip was well worth it. Would also love to give a special thank you and appreciation to front desk supervisor Zariah. I definitely would stay here again and look forward to the new upgrades and bar that will be an addition to this amazing Hotel.
